Led the business case for the major procurement a £300m new hospital at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, involving a large scale reconfiguration of 4 sites. The new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital will provide state of the art facilities for emergency care.
Worked with multiple health partners, supported the transformation of Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup, from an unsustainable District General Hospital into a vibrant community facing hospital.
Led the programme for the Pears Maudsley Children’s and Young People’s Centre for South London and the Maudsley NHS Trust, Kings College London and the Maudsley Charity. This state of the art £65m new centre will deliver world leading research and care.
Worked with SW London Commissioning Alliance to deliver improvements to Cancer and Urgent and Emergency Care and a system-led estates strategy.
Led the development and approval of a Strategic Outline Business Case to gain agreement for the capital required to make the necessary changes within the NW London CCG collaboration, comprising 8 CCGs, 10 hospitals and 4 mental health and community trusts.
Consultancy support for NHS England (London) to reduce delayed transfers of care, particularly for patients who have stayed for over 21 days in hospital.

Led the development of a Strategic Outline Business Case for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust to make a case for a new state of the art brain science campus.
Supported Somerset NHS FT and Yeovil District Hospital NHS FT with a merger in 2022, specifically the case for integrating corporate and back office functions.
Supported Avon and Wiltshire NHS Trust with the development of an estates strategy including review and feedback and a feasibility study for a specific estate opportunities.
